Darren Faulk, the Chief Financial Officer at CFX, has been a key figure in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence. His innovative partnership agreements paired with CFX proprietary flow of funds have enabled low-fee, near-instant transfers, particularly benefiting the U.S.-to-Mexico remittance corridor. Darren's collaboration with the engineering team has resulted in modern ledger and reconciliation mechanisms, to ensure CFX meets fiduciary obligations and maintains high standards of financial accountability and risk management at scale.

Darren routinely leads CFX through comprehensive GAAP financial statement audits, reinforcing CFX's financial integrity and reliability in the fintech landscape. Before joining CFX, Darren held senior financial roles at various tech firms. As Vice President of Finance at Sila, he oversaw the company's growth from pre-revenue to post Series A.

Darren's earlier career includes positions at Complí (acquired by KPA), and InComm Digital Solutions. He began his career at PwC LLP and Grant Thornton LLP,  executing financial statement audits for a range of companies, from emerging tech startups to publicly traded global businesses.
